🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

All items in the shop are handmade and unique, so returns and refunds are not accepted.

That said—I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something arrives damaged or a piece breaks shortly after receiving it, I’ll gladly work with you to exchange the item or find a solution. I spent a lot of time making these as durable as possible. I personally value quality when I shop, and I want the same for my customers.

Please contact me at crafty.badger.baylee@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require you to send the item back so I can figure out what went wrong. 

📦 Note: At this time, I do not publicly post a return address. If an exchange is approved, I will provide shipping instructions via email.
